Symphony Concert Will Be Held In Astana

On May 17, the Symphony Orchestra of the State Academic Philharmonic Society of Nur-Sultan Akimat, the soloists Yermek Kurmanayev (cello), Anara Kamelyinova (piano) and Yevgeniya Karimova (violin) will present a concert of symphonic music in Astana Concert Hall at 19.30. The chief conductor is Yernar Nurtazin.

Anara Kamelyinova is a graduate of the Kazakh National Academy of Music (alumni of the Honored Figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A.K. Kussainov), laureate of international and national competitions.

Yevgeniya Karimova is a graduate of Qurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, laureate of international competitions, the first violin of the Symphony Orchestra of the capital’s Philharmonic Society.

Yermek Kurmanayev is a graduate of the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music, graduated from the Moscow Conservatory graduate school. Yermek Kurmanayev passed internship in Kazakhstan, Russia and the United States. The musician is a laureate of Daryn State Prize and the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a laureate of international competitions. He conducts concert activities with the musicians such as K. Orbelyan, V. Papyan, A. Trostyansky, R. Skuratov, T. Abdrashev, Vito Lo Re, etc.

The concert program features “Symphonic Dances” op. 45 by Sergei Rachmaninoff, Triple Concerto for Violin, Cello and Piano by Ludwig van Beethoven, Aisha’s theme from music to the play of “Ai Men Aisha” by Shyryn Bazarkulova.

The concert will be completed with the theme of Aisha from music to the play of “Ai Men Aisha” by Shyryn Bazarkulova. The composer says: “I am striving to develop Kazakhstani art.
